The aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) sails in formation behind the Arleigh-Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Howard (DDG 83) off the coast of California during a straits training exercise with the Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group.
