Royal Cambodian navy officers discuss the weapons systems aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Commelin ship's ordnance officer Ensign David Erstad. The Cambodian officers were aboard Commelin as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Cambodia 2010. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
