JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Air Force Staff Sgt. Nicholas Pack and Airman 1st Class Jack Spadaro, Engine Specialists with the 67th Aircraft Maintenance Unit perform tests on a 67th Fighter Squadron F-15C Eagle during Exercise Northern Edge 17(NE17) here May 4. The duo had just finished removing the engine in the foreground due to the engine burning more oil than allowed, and replacing it with the engine in the right nacelle, in fewer than three hours. NE17 is a joint training exercise involving more than 6,000 service members across all service branches.
