World War II veteran, Don Greenbaum, a forward observer with the 283rd Field Artillery Battalion, visits Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst on Holocaust Remembrance Day, April 24, 2017. Greenbaum was wounded and awarded The Purple Heart during The Battle of the Bulge before liberating the Dachau Concentration Camp.
