MARINE CORPS AIR STATION CHERRY POINT, N.C. – U.S. Air Force Maj. Robert Riggs, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command air mobility liaison officer (AMLO), prepares for his C-17 mission on the flight line at MCAS Cherry Point, N.C. Riggs drove down to Charleston, S.C., to operate the C-17 scheduled to deploy a Marine Special Operations Company to Africa and bring back a separate MSOC.
