Senior Chief Petty Officer Robert Olson, mineman, and Chief Petty Officer Charles Doss, aerographer's mate, conduct maintenance on the Remote Multi-Mission Vehicle, part of the littoral combat ship mine countermeasures mission package before at-sea testing. The mine countermeasures mission package provides LCS platforms the capability to detect, identify and neutralize sea mines. The Remote Multi-Mission Vehicle was embarked aboard the Office of Naval Research vessel Seafighter, which acted as a surrogate for the LCS platform. (U.S. Navy photo David Sussman)
