A Yavoriv Combat Training Center Observer Controller Trainer Academy student briefs other students a battle plan while another OCT academy student observes and grades his performance during a training exercise on April 20 at the Yavoriv CTC on the International Peacekeeping and Security Center, near Yavoriv Ukraine.
