AGADIR, Morocco - Divers from Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 1 and their counterparts from the Royal Moroccan Navy conduct joint training as part of Exercise African Lion 2017, April 22. UCT 1 and Royal Moroccan Navy divers focused on proper operating procedures and safety while diving on a sunken vessel just beyond the Port of Agadir. African Lion is a combined, multilateral exercise designed to improve interoperability and mutual understanding of each nation’s tactics, techniques and procedures while demonstrating the strong bond between the nation’s militaries.
