A sailor assigned to Combined Task Force 56 climbs a ladder into a MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the "Dragon Whales" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 28 as part of a "helo-cast," which is a waterborne technique for inserting personnel into a military area of operations. CTF 56's mission is to support maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
