One of two Mexican nationals who became distressed while swimming during a family outing is taken ashore after being rescued by U.S. Border Patrol agents on the Rio Grande River near Roma, Texas, Tuesday, April 18, 2017. When the agents arrived, they encountered two men struggling to stay afloat.
