Maj. Gen. Mark Wise, commanding general of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, and Col. Jason Woodworth, commanding officer of Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., welcomed service members and civilian employees to work at the North Gate on MCAS Miramar, April 21. Wise and Woodworth, along with Sgt. Maj. James Porterfield, sergeant major of 3rd MAW, and Sgt. Maj. Michael Walton, sergeant major of MCAS Miramar, welcomed everyone traveling through the gate to raise awareness of Sexual Assault and Prevention month. “It is the responsibility of every member of the command to prevent and report incidents of sexual assault,” said Woodworth. “Treat each other as you want to be treated and remember to do the right thing the first time, every time.” (Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
