The crew of a Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter from Air Station Borinquen medevaced a 47-year-old man from the Celebrity Reflection cruise ship the morning of April 20, 2017, approximately 35 nautical miles north of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The patient and cruise ship nurse were hoisted onboard the aircraft and transported to the Centro Medico Hospital in San Juan.
