The Coast Guard medevaced a 47-year-old man during the morning of April 20, 2017 from the Celebrity Reflection cruise ship, approximately 35 nautical miles north of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The patient, who was in medical distress, was transported along with a cruise ship nurse to the Centro Medico Hospital in San Juan.
