Cpl. Alex Higham, a Hazardous Material Marine, stacks boxes of recently received materials at the HAZMAT Center here. The HAZMAT Center at Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward), is responsible for all HAZMAT Camp Bastion, Kandahar Air Field and Forward Operating Base Dwyer. The centerÕs main responsibility is to ensure all the squadrons have what they need to perform maintenance and keep their aircraft flying.
