Green Bay, assigned to Commander, Amphibious Squadron 11, is conducting at-sea preparations for its upcoming Mid-Cycle Inspection (MCI). MCI is conducted at the mid-year point prior to the Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV) and is used to inspect and assess the material conditions of a ship.
