    Jamie Cram with Fort McCoy Army Community Service provides remarks April 3, 2017, during the installation’s kickoff event and luncheon for Alcohol Abuse Awareness Month, Autism Awareness Month, Child-Abuse Prevention Month, and Sexual-Assault Awareness and Prevention Month at Fort McCoy, Wis.
