U.S. Soldiers from Charlie company 1st of the 8th, 4th Infantry Division in Smardan, Romania work to assemble track for the installation of the Theissen Mover Armor Target (MAT) system April 5, 2017. The targeting system can move a tank silhouette target at speeds up to 20 miles per hour for up to 340 meters.
