A contractor using an excavator fills the HESCO defensive barriers to be used as a protective barrier with dirt for the installation of the Theissen Mover Armor Target (MAT) system, April 6, 2017. The targeting system can move a tank silhouette target at speeds up to 20 miles per hour for up to 340 meters.
