Philippine airmen and soldiers work alongside U.S. Marines to load humanitarian aid supplies aboard U.S. Marine CH-46 helicopters to be sent to areas in the Isabela province affected by Typhoon Juan (international name, Megi), Oct. 21. U.S. military personnel along with their Filipino counterparts are conducting initial bilateral recovery assistance in the areas impacted by Typhoon Juan.
