Chief Master Sgt. Eric Rankin, the Squadron Superintendent for the 20th ASOS, addresses the unit before kicking off the 24 hour carrying of the TACP colors memorial event March 30 at their compound on Fort Drum. In his address, Rankin spoke of the Fallen members of the TACP community that he personally knew and served with.
