Company A, 1st Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colo., pops a canister of yellow smoke on a range in Adazi Military Base, Latvia, April 9. The smoke color signifies Nuclear, Biological or Chemical conditions, a considerable environmental change in the scenario. The 3rd ABCT is a multifunctional armored brigade combat team trained to operate and respond quickly to any crisis in an environment.
