Geoff Tate, lead vocalist and saxophonist for Queensrÿche, and a Seattle native, performs for service members, Oct. 4 ,near Memorial Hall at Contingency Operating Base Adder, Iraq. Tate, who played in his first Iraq tour since being inspired by interviews he collected from American soldiers, created the 2009 Queensrÿche album, "American Soldiers."
