EBEYE, Republic of the Marshall Islands (April 5, 2017) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1 teach Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) skills to the local high schoolers on the island of Ebeye, Republic of the Marshall Islands, April 5, 2017. This training focuses on reading and mathematics skills for taking the ASVAB for entrance into the U.S Armed Forces. NMCB 1 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, special operations combat service support, and theater security cooperation in support of U.S. Pacific Command.
