Navy Command Master Chief Glenn Hopkins, the Joint Task Force - Civil Support command senior enlisted adviser, and Air Force Brig. Gen. Jonathan T. Treacy, the JTF - CS commander, speak with Maj. Gen. David E. Quantock, the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence and Fort Leonard Wood Commanding General, during their visit, Oct. 14. Fort Leonard Wood is home to the 4th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, which takes guidance from JTF-CS when operating under the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high yield Explosives Consequence Management Response Force mission that is capable of assisting state and local authorities in the event of a large-scale national disaster.
