Jeffrey Hutchinson, (leflt), commanding officer Navy Region Center Singapore, signs a sexual assault prevention proclamation as Navy Region Singapore (NRS) kicked off Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month April 3, 2017, at its Café Lah Community Center as part of a month-long awareness campaign.
