Don Gabrielson, Commander, Navy Region Singapore, signs a sexual assault prevention pledge as Navy Region Singapore (NRS) kicked off Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month April 3, 2017, at its Café Lah Community Center as part of a month-long awareness campaign.
