Sgt. Maj. Nelson Castro, USF-I joint fire cell operations sergeant major, makes a note during a conference hosted by Command Sgt. Maj. Arthur L. Coleman, Jr., the senior enlisted advisor to the deputy commanding general for operations and III Corps command sergeant major.
