NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO (March 27, 2017) Employees of Northrop Grumman conduct ground turns and telemetry tests of an MQ-8C Fire Scout on board littoral combat ship USS Montgomery (LCS 8) while moored at Naval Base San Diego.
