Participating agencies include Ft. Irwin Fire, Daggett Fire, Yermo Fire, California Highway Patrol, San Bernardino County Sheriff Deputies, Fire and Emergency Services for MCLB Barstow, and the Army's 2916th Aviation Battalion.
