(March 28, 2017) – Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) instructors attempt to distract Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Jeffrey Cha while he simulates performing a cricothyroidotomy on a training dummy during a field exercise as part of a TCCC Instructor Course at Naval Hospital Pensacola (NHP).
