170308-N-YA681-008 EAST CHINA SEA (March 8, 2017) Aviation Support Equipment Technician 1st Class Beulah Palmer, of Charleston, South Carolina, draws on an aircraft towing tractor in the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) hangar bay. The Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group is on a regularly scheduled Western Pacific deployment as part of the U.S. Pacific Fleet-led initiative to extend the command and control functions of U.S. 3rd Fleet.
