Sgt. 1st Class George Lloyd, a native of San Antonio, and the non-commissioned officer in charge of the 162nd Army Surgical Medical Corps, and Spc. Amila Ortiz, a native of Carolina, Puerto Rico, and a promotions clerk for the 1st Infantry Division, perform a salsa dance during the Hispanic Heritage celebration at the United States Division-South Resiliency Campus in Basra Sept. 30. The pair also performed a dance called bachata as part of the night’s entertainment, which included cultural music and dinner.
