Bob Sneed, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District Water Management Section chief, works with educators from Stratford STEM Magnet High School in Nashville to monitor water-quality conditions on a Corps survey boat at J. Sneed helped launch the school’s externship program where teachers gain experience with host organizations to develop project-based curriculum that provides students industry exposure and facilitates applied learning.
