Bob Sneed, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District Water Management Section chief, is interviewed by NBC Channel 4 Reporter Nancy Amons at J. Percy Priest Dam Sept. 14, 2011. Sneed, now retired from the Corps, received the Government Engineer of the Year award from the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers at the Renaissance Hotel in Nashville, Tenn., Feb. 24, 2017.
