A boat crew and guests aboard a 64-foot Special Purpose Craft-Screening Vessel from Coast Guard Maritime Force Protection Unit in Bangor, Wash., returns to Coast Guard Base Seattle after they participated in an at-sea wreath-laying ceremony near Vashon Island, March 25, 2017.
The ceremony was conducted at the approximate location where Gill was fatally injured ten years ago.
