Milton Perez an Operational Contracting Branch Chief with the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina address a question from a distinguished visitor during a tour of the operational contract support integration cell during the Operational Contract Support Joint Exercise-17, March 23, 2017, at Fort Bliss, Texas. This year, the eighth iteration, the exercise consists of two phases. Participants begin with a four days dedicated to academics followed by a week of OCS-scenario execution.
