Brig. Gen. Darrell Williams the commander of the Combined Arms Support Command, Fort Lee, Virginia, lead a discussion on the state of the Operational Contract Support across the Department of Defense in current and future military responses. Doll is also the commanding general of U.S. Army Reserve Sustainment Command, Birmingham, Alabama. OCSJX-17 is a 14-day exercise providing training across the spectrum of OCS readiness from requirements and development of warfighter staff integration and synchronization through contract execution supporting the joint force commander strategic end state.
