    A Republic of Korea reconnaissance Marine (left) with 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, shows rappelling techniques to U.S. Marine Cpl. Justin Morrall (right) March 24, 2017, near Camp Mujuk, Republic of Korea, during Korea Marine Exercise Program 17-6. Recon Marines from both countries spent the day demonstrating different ways to rappel and rock climb. The goal of the KMEP is to enhance and improve the interoperability of ROK and U.S. Marine Corps forces at the tactical level to build combined warfighting capabilities.
