Photo illustration of a Korean War Marine created in Adobe Photoshop to depict the way a Korean War combat Marine would look in a photo from the 1950's. The Marine model was photographed in a studio and was equipped with a weapon while wearing a full Korean War replica uniform; then, in Photoshop, lighting, color, and texture effects were applied to give the image an aged appearance. The model was also digitally placed in a snowy scene reminiscent of the operating environment Marines faced during the Korean War. Three different images of snow and mountains were used to create the full effect of the scene.
