AUSTIN – (March. 22, 2017) San Diego based, Senior Chief Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician Dominic Juarez of EOD Group One assists a student with donning tactical equipment at William B. Travis Early College High School during Austin Navy Week. The students were able to speak with the Sailors, don some EOD equipment, and operate the Talon Robot. During Navy Week Austin, March 18-24, the Sailors will be visible throughout the community to include delivering presentations at the Austin Aquarium, local high schools and Boys and Girls Clubs.
