CEDAR PARK, Texas – (March 20, 2017) Plymouth Meeting, Pa., native Musician 1st Class Andrew Pacchiarotti, a trombonist with Navy Band Southwest based in San Diego, plays alongside band students of Vista Ridge High school during Navy Week Austin. The band, consisting of thoroughly trained professional musicians, conducted a clinic at the school. Excelling in versatility through performances at various venues, the band inspires pride and patriotism through music. Texas’ capital is hosting members of the U.S. Navy during Austin Navy Week, March 18-24, coinciding with Rodeo Austin and Stock Show. Austin Navy Week is the 2nd of 15 Navy Weeks in 2017 which focus a variety of assets, equipment, and personnel on a single city for a weeklong series of engagements designed to bring America's Navy closer to the people it protects.
