Owen Bock, a civil engineering specialist assigned to the 116th Civil Engineering Squadron, 116th Air Control Wing, Georgia Air National Guard, clears a path along a 1.5-mile trail Wellston Park, Warner Robins, Ga., to prepare it for a delivery of asphalt March 22, 2017. The engineers partnered with the City of Warner Robins to assist in the completion of Wellston Park through the Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program.
