Capt. Gary Moore and Capt. Richard Lam, both of HHC, Southern Division, 75th Training Command in Houston, Texas, work inside the Higher and Adjacent Lower, Supporting, and Supported (HALSS) cell as they prepare to send training problem scenarios to one of the 11 units participating in WAREX 78-17-01 at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, N.J.
