Staff Sgt. Austin Kelly, 730th Air Mobility Squadron plans and programs NCO in charge, selects the Airlift of the Week, Mar. 20, 2017. Kelley leads the emergency management program by revising and improving Unit Control Center procedures, improving the squadron’s emergency response capabilities. His Anti-terrorism program was inspected by the 374th Airlift Wing anti-terrorism office with zero findings and the program was highlighted as above average compare to other 374th AW units. Additionally, Kelley was handpicked to assist the 731 AMS in Osan Air Base, South Korea, to fully review their security program, where he trained their unit security manager and identified areas of improvement. Kelly was vital to the success of the children’s holiday party where over 30 children from a local orphanage attended. Finally, his leadership is vital to the continued upkeep of the squadron’s facilities worth $230 million and the continued progress of the squadron’s construction projects valued at $45 million.
