NORFOLK (March 16, 2017) Fire Controlman 3rd Class Airan Solangon, from Dededo, Guam, performs chest compressions on a mannequin during a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification class on the mess decks of the USS George Washington’s (CVN 73) Floating Accommodation Facility (FAF).
