Coast Guard and local agency rescue crews are searching March 17, 2017 for overdue kayaker Josh Kaufman, 25, a Fla. resident visiting family members in Puerto Rico, who was last seen wearing black shorts and not wearing a lifejacket on a green kayak March 16, 2017 just off Punta Rincon, Puerto Rico.
