BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan (Mar. 15, 2017) - U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Jarad Monin (pointing) describes key elements of the Coyote Creek Project to Army Maj. Gen. William Hickman (next to Monin). The project was completed a few months ago and completely resolved long standing issues with flooding, drainage, and footing stability for the airfield perimeter wall. Hickman is the U.S. Army Central Deputy Commanding General for Operations, Monin is assigned to the 368th Engineering Battalion.
