Children climb the stairs onto a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III cargo aircraft assigned to the 97th Air Mobility Wing, March 11, 2017 at Naval Air Facility El Centro, California. A C-17 and a U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker air refueling aircraft from Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma were used as a static displays during the airshow while the aircrews engaged with the airshow attendees about the importance of the aircraft and Altus AFB’s mission.
