Petty Officer 2nd Class William Pittman is administered the oath of enlistment by his father, Rear Adm. Hal Pittman, director of communication, Headquarters United States Central Command, via video teleconference. Petty Officer Pittman reenlisted for four years and is expected to transfer to the USS George Washington in November. The re-enlistment ceremony was hosted by Vice Adm. Harry B.
