NEWARK, DE- Tech. Sgt. Erin McGillian, health services technician, 142nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, hugs Chief Master Sgt. Shaune Peters, command chief, 166th Airlift Wing, during the Delaware Air National Guard Annual Enlisted Recognition Banquet held on March 4, 2017. McGillian received the 2016 Non- Commissioned Officer of the Year Award; which is awarded to an NCO in the ranks of E-5 through E-6 for stellar performance and going above and beyond.
